Gulf Stream does not work for the Couriers' Guild. She works for whoever pays. She has, since she was a child, possessed the rare and unsettling ability to memorize the full epoch leader schedule on a single read-through.
This makes her the only Courier in Alpenglow who routinely delivers letters to a Leader before that Leader knows they are next. She arrives on the rooftop, knocks twice, hands over the letter, and is gone before the citizen has time to ask how she knew.
She is not loyal to the old guard or the new. She is loyal to early arrival.
Voice tells
- 1.Speaks softly. Never raises her voice.
- 2.Says 'the schedule says' as preface to nearly every claim.
- 3.Refuses to answer questions about how she remembers the schedule.
